This Month on Digging Deeper, we’re looking into our Parts Specialist Josh DeVries, who joined us in 2025 and has been helping folks get back to work ever since.
Josh has always been around Buffalo, NY, having grown up in the area. He graduated from SUNY Deneseo in 2024, and has had many entrepreneurial endeavors before coming to ConEquip. In the height of the pandemic, he supplied hand sanitizer, but moved on to vintage car clothing, combing his love for Mitsubishi cars and his entrepreneurial endeavors.
When he’s not hustling hard or selling parts, he spends time with his golden retriever or out enjoying his hobbies of golf, hiking or anything outside. In the winter he can be found snowboarding or enjoying the Buffalo weather. Cars are a major passion, as evident from his business ventures. Josh regularly attends car meets with his 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4.
When asked about what his favorite part of his job is, Josh replied:
“My favorite part of the job is that it’s a new experience every day. I really enjoy connecting with different people around the country and helping solve others’ problems.”
“My favorite thing about my customers is the diversity. Everyone I talk to is different and I am able to have meaningful conversations throughout the day. I am also always at some point getting a laugh on the phone which is great.”
