Basic concepts and material characteristics
Sleeved pipes are a type of composite structural steel pipe, consisting of a main drainage pipe and an external protective sleeve. The sleeve can enhance the sealing and mechanical strength of the pipe, increase the service life of the pipe, and accelerate the efficiency of drainage. PVC is often used as the main material because it has excellent properties such as light weight, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, and can be used in many scenarios such as rainwater discharge and wastewater discharge.
Structural design and functional components
Perforated sleeve
This type of structure can improve the efficiency of fluid transmission in the drainage system. The surface of the sleeve has small perforations that are regularly distributed, which can speed up the flow of water and efficiently filter impurities to prevent blockage
Corrugated design
This structure is suitable for some complex terrain and structural environments, reducing flow resistance. This design enhances flexibility.
Clamp & collar
The sleeve and the main sleeve are tightly fixed with a stainless steel clamp. The edge collar design ensures that there is no leakage at the connection. This separable structure is easy to disassemble and install.
Shirt-like wrapping
The casing uses multiple layers of composite materials (such as flame-retardant aluminum foil fiberglass cloth, inorganic fiber felt) to wrap the pipe in all directions, forming a protective layer similar to a shirt fitting the torso. This structural design has both heat insulation and corrosion resistance.
Core advantages of the product
Sandwich structure
Outer protective shield
The outermost layer of HDPE material can withstand the severe cold of -30℃ in Northeast China and the scorching heat of 80℃ in the desert, and the surface has its own UV protection coating.
Middle steel frame
A metal mesh is installed in the middle to increase the load-bearing capacity of the pipeline by 3 times, and it will not deform even if a truck full of water runs over it.
Inner anti-fouling film
The inner wall is made of anti-static PVC material, and chemical wastewater flows through without leaving any residue.
Installing pipelines is like building Lego
Use patented buckles instead of welding, and the interface can be locked by twisting three times. One interface can be installed in 12 minutes, which is 1 hour faster than the traditional method
Built-in water leakage alarm
Fiber optic sensors as thin as silk are buried. If there is a slight crack in the pipeline, it will automatically call the alarm within 15 seconds.
