Calculation formula
General formula:

Where:
ODOD: Outside diameter (inch)
tt: Wall thickness (inch)
Factor 10.6910.69: Simplified value based on steel density 0.2836 lb/cubic inch0.2836 lb/cubic inch.
Example:
For a steel pipe with an outside diameter of 2 inch and a wall thickness of 0.2 inch0.2inch, the weight per foot is:

Based on outer diameter and wall thickness:
